Hi there! My name’s Corey Wagner and I’m an entrepreneur from Kelowna, BC. Canada.
When we started our SaaS company, Bananatag, we didn’t know much about how to get there, but we were motivated to succeed.
Starting from a team of three, we grew Bananatag to 150 employees and over 10M in ARR when we exited (and we continued to grow the employees and revenue rapidly). After the sale I stayed on for 2 years as the Managing Director of North America, overseeing the North American business for the combined company.
Over the years, advice and mentorship were instrumental to our success. It allowed us to avoid a lot of mistakes and helped us to setup a highly effective organization and leadership team to support our ambitious growth plans well into the future.
Being bootstrapped, we had to run a lean, effective, organization and we had to be laser-focused on driving revenue in all areas of the business.
